RECIPE

Ingredients

1/2 cup Coconut Water - delicious source of hydration

1 cup Cucumber - contains antioxidants & prevents constipation

10 Mint Leaves - contains antiseptic and antibacterial properties

2 rings Pineapple - high in antioxidants & ease digestion

2 handfuls iceberg lettuce - high in water content and its full of nutrients

Wanna make it greener? 

Add 2 Stalks Celery - support digestion & reduces chronic inflammation

Adding Extra Fibre and Omega? 

2 tbsp Flax Seed or Chia Seeds

Looking for protein options? 

1 tbsp Peanut Butter and/or Scoop of your protein powder 

Method

In a high speed blender mix all the ingredients. Serve on your favourite glass and top with your favourite topping like hemp hearts or cacao nibs!
