ABOUT ME

Looking back, I've always lived an active life. Team sports and intense workouts were a big part of my routine, but they ended up taking a toll on my body and mind. I got injured so many times, and it never led me to where I wanted to be.

But then, after a particularly scary moment where I almost became paralyzed, I was told to take it easy and focus on my health. And that's when I discovered the power of nutrition. I enrolled in a local college course, became a certified Holistic Health Coach, and learned how to find the perfect balance between enjoying my favourite foods and fueling my body with nutritious options. It completely transformed my body and mind.

During my recovery, I was encouraged to try low-intensity workouts, and that's when I found yoga, pilates, HIIT sculpt. Over the past two years, I've gotten stronger, both physically and mentally, and it's been an amazing journey.

Through my personal wellness journey, I realized my passion for helping others find their own balance and feel good in their bodies. So, I took a leap of faith and pivoted from my corporate career to the health and wellness industry by starting my own business, PS Make It. I now see clients, and have many exciting things in the works. This is just the beginning, and I couldn't be more thrilled!

  • Patience and making decisions easier.

Leave ready your gear and workout clothes for your workout, and plan your workout. This way the next morning everything is there for you to get started.

Making the decision easier, little by little it will become a habit then you will do it subconsciously and lastly you will feel weird or like something is missing when ever you don’t do it.

  • To be completely honest, tea.

Don’t get me wrong I drink coffee, I like a good dark roast, infused with chocolate and berries, from South America or Asia. Yet tea, there are so many, when water gets boring you can substitute with a white or red tea. Green tea helps me to focus and clean my body of toxins but my ultimate favourite is ginger lemon tea. It’s just great antioxidant, I like the flavour, boost immunity, and more.

    Sorry not sorry

  • Easy, lazy salad.

On a baking sheet add chopped veggies 2-3 varieties, and salmon. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 min.

Serve with a handful of mix greens, and avocado.

  • A combination of pilates, yoga and HIIT.

I like to do full body workouts that incorporate synchronized movement with breath. By combining this two, it increases focus, physical performance and mental clarity well as greater relaxation and a sense of well-being.
