Antioxidant Smoothie

RECIPE

Ingredientes

1 cup nut milk or water - already a great start

1 cup frozen berries🍓 - high in antioxidants

1/2 small banana - aid digestion & fuels body with energy

Want less sugar substitute for cauliflower

1 cup Ice Cubes

Adding the Goodies

2 tbsp Flax Seeds - reduces hunger, high in fibre & aids digestion

1 tbsp Chia Seeds - good fats & high in fibre

1 tbsp Almond Butter - it’s good fat, high in iron & makes you feel satisfied

1 scoop Bone Broth Collagen Protein @ancientnutrition

Method
Blend⚡️until creamy adding a little liquid if needed.
