RECIPE

Ingredients

3/4 Nut milk - you are at a great start
1/4 cup Oats - helps regulate blood sugar levels
1 tbsp Flax Seeds - reduces hunger, high in fibre & aids digestion
1 tbsp Chia Seeds - good fats & high in fibre
1/2 Smaller Banana, smashed - aid digestion & fuels body with energy
2 tsp Ghee or Coconut Oil - good fats

Method

In a small bowl mashed banana and set aside.

In a pot add nut milk, oats, chia seeds, flax seeds and banana. Make sure to mix everything and let it cook at high. Once you start to see bubbles in the pot lower the temperature add the ghee.
Turn off the stove, serve oats in a bowl and add your favourite toppings ✨ maybe a nut butter, yogurt and fruit!
